We take immense pride in our quality and material, therefore, do not accept returns and refunds. The measurements used are within an ace of perfection, so we do not allow the exchange of items purchased. Once ordered, we don’t entertain any cancellations.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping tracking, as well as instructions on when the delivery executive will come to pick up the requested return. Once the returned order is received & inspected by our team, a full refund will be initiated which will be credited to your bank account within 2 working days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If there are any discrepancies in the reason you provide for requesting a refund, we have the authority to decline your refund request

Damages and issues

Our pieces go through a quality check so the chances of any defects are very unlikely, however, there may be chances of a few discrepancies during the shipment of the product. Any damages during transportation are not covered or refunded by us. Please purchase at your own risk. We will not accept return/refund requests till the Covid situation comes to an end. If not used & just received, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the action accordingly.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as it is possible that we may not receive your returned item.
